30-Day Return Window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without obtaining an RMA number first.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return.

Refund Processing
